What we collect
When you book a call: your name, email address, company and anything you write in the booking form. When you email us: your email address and what you send. When you visit the site: basic technical data your browser sends (such as IP address, browser and device), which our hosting provider uses to deliver and protect the site. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To arrange and hold the call you asked for, to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you want one. We never sell your data.
Legal basis
Your request and the steps before a possible contract (booking, emails); our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Who processes it for us
Calendly (booking calls), Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking details and email correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider only for a short period.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Serbia) or your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set analytics or advertising cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies when the calendar loads on the booking page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
